A Professional School Counselor Must Have a PPS Credential~Does Yours?

To be a Professional School Counselor in California, one needs to possess a valid Pupil Personnel Service Credential.
A PPS Credential authorizes service with students in pre-kindergarten through twelfth grade.
Buckley Education is a private entity that proudly requires its counselors to hold this certification in addition to a minimum of 5 years of work within the school system and a Masters Degree in Counseling.
Is your Educational Consultant credentialed and licensed? One’s educational journey is of the utmost importance and shouldn’t it be guided by a trained expert?

Our colleague’s good work…the Sojourn Project

Buckley Education proudly shares information about a fellow colleague’s California based, non-profit program that immerses middle and high school students in the Civil Rights Movement. The @sojournproject empowers young people’s voices and search for purpose while instilling 3 ways to think and act differently.
1. Apply Martin Luther King, Jr.’s Six Principles of Nonviolence in your home, school, community, and life.
2. Remove hurtful language from your vocabulary.
3. Confront bad behavior. Speak up. Don’t be a silent witness to injustice. For more information, visit:
